Used by the corporate giant in attempt to speak to what they call "the remix generation". Which is the jocks that used to kick our asses, who bought the last consoles, who now want to modify their gaming experience, and will be able to do so with the next X Box. I've found games that have used these steps in the passed have passed and failed. So unless it is done well. It will be just a big waste of time. IE a level editor for Interstate 82, when the game sucks. Pretty certain that this is all “US street talk” for hotting up cars.
